Q: How far is the site from the airport?

A: The site is approximately 40 minutes drive from the airport and a similar time from the Senegambia strip. The roads are all made up with street lighting from tange into the strip.

Q: Will there be security on site?

A: The compound will have shared security, gardeners, cleaners etc. These will be covered by a maintenance package paid for on a monthly basis.

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: The price, plans, landscaping and timescales are all agreed before any work starts. Payments are staged to match the work being carried out. For example we will set the price for the foundation work. Once payment is received the work will be carried out in the agreed timescales. Once this is complete we will request the next agreed payment for the walls to roof level. All these stages are flexible and can be arranged to match your available budget.

Q: How quickly can a villa be built?

A: If you have the full funds to pay the stages quickly we can keep the construction work going and build from scratch in 9 - 10 months.

Q: Is there electricity on site?

A: There will be Nawec supplied electricity available via cashpower meters

Q: Will I need my own water bore hole or well?

A: A bore hole big enopugh to support all the plots already exists

Q: Can I use my own builders?

A: Yes, you can just buy a plot of land and design / build your property
